"Coral Reef"  created in the summer of 2003, inspired by a Lynn Larson design in "BeadDreams" 2002.
I began with a herringbone or Ndebele rope embellishing it with pink, topaz, red and green branches, Czech crystals and iridescent leaves.  The final touch was the focal beads, vintage torpedo glass with a coral-like design etched into them.

A segmented bangle with a lampworked focal bead.  Made of sterling silver with a hand forged clasp.  Mine Mine Mine but I promise to make some more this year.  This was entirely too much fun and a great way to work out frustration!

Herringbone stitched strap embellished with stunning red cathedral and crystal beads, vintage silver seed beads, and goddess charms.  Adjustable clasp.

The ceramic goddess pendant was an inspiration and I knew I had to come up with a fantastic setting for the piece.  A woven 8 strand necklace was the answer.  If you look closely you can see a lot of vintage beads; picasso beads, faceted crystal wheels, two tone topaz squarish elongated I-don't-know-whats . . . the longer you look at it the more you see.  It's a powerful piece for a powerful woman!
